Reading: Read Chapter 6 of Mr. Popper's Penguins. Complete "Understanding the Story" Chapters 4-6 (front and back) in the Novel Study Packet
Grammar/Writing: "My Writing Journal" - "Create a story about being stranded on an island." Please find and answer this journal in 5-7 sentences. This should be completed in paragraph form. Do not list your sentences. Color the border when you are finished.
- Before school closed, we were working on "Descriptions." Do your best to "paint a picture" of this island with your writing. Use as many sensory words as you can. *Remember to think of your five senses!
