Student books for after spring break can be picked up again today between 11am and 1pm. Tables are labeled by grade, and book piles are labeled by last name.

When picking up, please hand in the following:
*There is a 3rd Grade crate for these items*

Math: I miss our multiplication challenge! I hope you are still practicing. Here is another mystery reveal.

Find your assignment "Spring Mystery Reveal"

There are 5 challenges to complete in order to finish the message. Once a challenge is complete, go to the next one at the bottom of the screen.

Remember your answers need to go in "Column B." If you accidentally put them in "Column A," your problem will disappear and the reveal will not work.

If you erase a problem, click "out" of the box, and click "undo" until it reappears.

When you are finished, you can go on ABCya and play math games if you'd like!

*Students will need a ruler in May. After spring break we will begin work on graphs, and we will start measurement after.

Reading: Grab a book, and find a cozy spot at home. Read for at least 20 minutes today.

If you miss Mr. Popper's Penguins as much as I do, have a family movie night with a Penguin movie! This is just an idea. Do not feel obligated to watch/rent.

Mr. Popper's Penguins was made into a movie, but I have not seen it. I have heard that it is very different from the book. This movie is available for rent on Amazon.
Happy Feet is available to rent on Amazon.
Disneynature's Penguins is now on Disney+. I believe they are still offering free trials. :)

*We will be starting a "Charlotte's Web" novel study after spring break. I made the decision to continue with another novel instead of picking up with Reading Street.

Grammar/Writing: "What you are looking forward to over spring break?" I know this year's spring break might be very different from what you were hoping, but tell me what you plan to do. Please write 5-7 sentences, and share it with me in a google doc.

Religion: Please reflect on your lenten journey. We all made a sacrifice or a promise to Jesus on Ash Wednesday. Did you try your best to keep your promise? Jesus made the greatest sacrifice for all of us. Thank Jesus today for what he did to save us all.

*During your break, say a prayer everyday for our families, for our classmates, and for our country. You can choose to pray the rosary, to pray a prayer that you love, or to simply just talk to God about how you are feeling.
